libchemistry-openbabel-perl software package provides Chemical toolbox library (perl bindings), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchemistry-openbabel-perl
libchemistry-openbabel-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchemistry-openbabel-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchemistry-openbabel-perl *
You will get with libchemistry-openbabel-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
